 An equinox — whether in spring or autumn — marks the sacred moment when day and night are equal. Light and darkness stand in perfect balance.

In a women’s circle, this powerful turning point becomes a ritual gathering. Women come together to honor the seasonal shift, to reconnect with nature, and to reflect inwardly. It is a space of shared wisdom, gentle ritual, and sisterhood support.

Spring Equinox (23 March)
A time of rebirth.
Of clearing old energy.
Of planting intentions like seeds for the new season ahead.

Autumn Equinox (September)
A time of harvest.
Reflecting on what you have grown and achieved.
Letting go of what no longer serves you — like leaves falling from a tree.
Preparing yourself for the darker, quieter months.

Our women’s circles are safe spaces where during an equinox gathering, you may experience:

• Sharing — speaking from the heart without interruption

• Rituals — meditation, movement, breath work, singing, oracle cards, cacao ceremonies, or working with the five elements

• Intention Setting or Releasing — writing down what you wish to manifest (spring) or symbolically burning or burying old patterns (autumn)

• Connection — deepening your relationship with yourself, with other women, and with the natural cycles of life

Equinox circles are considered energetically powerful portals. Moments to pause. To realign. To consciously attune yourself to the rhythm of the Earth and the turning of the seasons. A time to gather. To soften. To remember that you, too, move in cycles.
